Access & sign-in

My invitation link says expired or not found. Invitation links expire for security. Ask a team owner to open Members → Pending Invites and use Resend Invitation or Renew Invitation.

"Signed in with a different email" when accepting an invite. The invite is tied to the email it was sent to. Sign out, then open the invitation link again and sign in (or sign up) with the invited address.

I can't see a feature the docs mention. Three usual causes: it's behind a feature flag (Settings → Feature Flags), it's industry-specific (e.g., Chemicals is aquatics-only), or it requires Owner permissions.

Scheduling

My staff can't see the schedule. Draft shifts are manager-only. Check the shift status and Publish — see Publishing schedules.

The AI generator leaves shifts unassigned or makes odd choices. Usually stale inputs: employees missing position assignments, or out-of-date availability. Fix those, relax constraints if needed, and re-run. See AI scheduling.

An employee isn't eligible for a shift. Check that they hold the shift's position — admins assign positions from the member's profile.

Time tracking

Clock-in is blocked with a location error. With geofencing on, the employee must grant location access and be inside a configured zone. If GPS drift causes false rejections, widen the zone radius (100–150 m recommended) under Settings → Time Tracking.

A timesheet has a missing or wrong entry. Managers can edit entries (e.g., forgotten clock-outs) before approving — see Timesheets.

Notifications

Someone gets too many (or no) emails/SMS. Each person controls their own channels in notification settings (user menu → Profile & Settings). Also check they haven't opted out of SMS.
