Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent with relevant requests. Teamcrest also uses local browser storage to remember some preferences. These technologies support sign-in, navigation, and a consistent experience.
Sign-in and security
Authentication cookies keep your session available and support secure access to your account. Clearing or blocking them can sign you out or prevent authenticated features from working. The exact authentication cookie names can vary by environment.
Preferences
The NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers your language, and sidebar_state remembers whether the sidebar is open. Local storage remembers your theme preference. Clearing these values resets the relevant preference.
Product analytics
When PostHog analytics are enabled, the service can record page views and product events and use cookies or browser storage to recognize visits. Analytics storage is separate from the authentication needed to use your account. External services you open, such as booking or payment pages, may use their own cookies.
Your browser controls
You can inspect, clear, or restrict cookies and local storage in your browser’s settings. Restrictions may affect sign-in or saved preferences. Contact Eric if you want to understand which technologies are active or have a question about analytics.
