Checklists

Turn repeatable processes into templates your team completes on schedule.

Checklists (Maintenance section) standardize repeatable work — opening and closing procedures, safety checks, cleaning routines.

How it's organized

  • A template defines the reusable structure: the list of tasks to complete.
  • An instance is one run of a template on a specific date (optionally at a specific location).

Creating templates

  1. On the Checklists page, click Manage Templates.
  2. Click Create New Template and define the tasks in order.

Build one template per routine (e.g., "Pool Opening", "Closing Procedure") rather than one giant list.

Running a checklist

  1. Click Create Instance.
  2. Select the template, an optional location, and the instance date.
  3. Staff open the instance and check off tasks as they complete them, adding checklist notes where needed.

Completed instances stay on record, giving you an audit trail of when routines were done and by whom.
