Issue Tracking

Log, assign, and resolve maintenance issues.

Open Issues (Maintenance section) is where your team logs problems — broken equipment, safety hazards, maintenance needs — and tracks them to resolution.

Reporting an issue

  1. Click Add New Issue.
  2. Give it a title and description of what's wrong.
  3. Set the urgency (e.g., Medium, Critical) so managers can triage.
  4. Attach photos or files — a picture of the problem saves a site visit.

Working issues

The issues table shows every issue with its urgency, status, and Assigned To. Filter by location or position to focus on your area.

  • Assign an issue to the person who'll fix it.
  • Update the status as work progresses, and close it when resolved.
  • Open an issue to see its full history and attachments.

Employees can track issues they've reported or been assigned under My Issues in the user menu.

Notifications

People involved in an issue (reporter, assignee, subscribers) are notified of updates per their notification preferences.
