Timesheets
Review, correct, and approve employee hours.
The Timesheets page (Employees section of the sidebar) is where managers turn clocked hours into approved, payroll-ready records. It requires schedule management permissions.
Generating timesheets
Use Generate Timesheet to compile an employee's clocked entries for a pay period. Overtime and double time are calculated automatically per your time tracking settings.
Reviewing
Open a timesheet to see its entries — clock-in/out times, notes, and any recorded locations:
- Correct mistakes — edit entries where someone forgot to clock out or clocked in at the wrong time.
- Check flags — unusually long entries usually mean a missed clock-out.
- Depending on your settings, you can require employees to submit their timesheets for verification before approval.
Approving
Approve a timesheet to lock it in for payroll. Approved hours feed the payroll export.
