My Schedule

View your upcoming shifts and browse open shifts.

Open My Schedule from the user menu (bottom-left) to see your personal schedule across the organization.

My Shifts

The My Shifts view shows your assigned shifts on a calendar. Each shift shows the position, location, and time. You only see shifts from published schedules — drafts your manager is still working on aren't visible.

Click a shift to see its details, including any notes from your manager.

Open Shifts

Switch to the Open Shifts view to see unassigned shifts you're eligible to claim. See Sub requests & open shifts for how claiming works.

Getting a shift covered

If you can't make a shift, open it and choose Request Sub. Your request goes to your team and manager — see Sub requests & open shifts.

Notifications

You'll be notified when a schedule that includes you is published, and when shifts you're assigned to change. Tune how you receive these (in-app, email, SMS) in your notification settings.
