Service Availability

What to do when Teamcrest is unavailable or your device is offline.
Teamcrest shows a notice when an essential service is unavailable. The notice also appears on the sign-in screen, so you can understand a service problem before trying to log in.
Reconnect to the internet. Teamcrest checks service availability when your connection returns. Check again is disabled while your device reports that it is offline.
Choose Check again, or leave the page open. Teamcrest checks automatically while the tab is active and closes the notice when the service returns. If the problem continues, contact your team administrator.
The notice does not refresh the page, so text you have entered stays in place. Dismiss for now closes the dialog and leaves a small View status control that lets you reopen it.
A paused database prevents sign-in and workspace access. The site owner needs to restore the project in Supabase. Refreshing your browser does not restore a paused database.
Teamcrest only identifies a pause when the service explicitly confirms it. Other connection failures receive general guidance instead of an assumed cause.
If the availability checker cannot respond, Teamcrest leaves a small View status control without interrupting your work. Select it to see details or retry the check. A failed check alone does not confirm that Teamcrest is down.
Check your internet connection and try again. If other websites work, Teamcrest may be temporarily unavailable.
This notice requires the Teamcrest page to load. If the website itself cannot load, contact your team administrator.
