Information in Teamcrest
We process account and contact information, organization membership, schedules, availability, time records, messages, and documents you or your organization provide. Location information is used when a clock-in workflow requests it for location verification. Support messages include the information you choose to send. Technical and usage information can include browser details, page views, and service events.
How information is used
Information is used to sign you in, enforce workspace access, provide scheduling and operational features, send relevant notifications, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, and investigate service problems. Where product analytics are enabled, usage information helps us understand and improve the service.
Service providers and integrations
Teamcrest uses providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, payments, messaging, analytics, and AI features. These providers receive information needed for the relevant feature. Using an AI feature can send your question and relevant knowledge-base content to the configured AI provider. Information you publish on a public volunteer page is visible to visitors. External booking and payment services have their own privacy practices.
Your organization’s workspace
Your organization controls the records it adds to Teamcrest and who can access them through its roles and permissions. Ask your administrator about employment records, workspace access, or changes to organization-managed information. Do not upload sensitive information that is unnecessary for the work you are doing.
Keeping and managing information
Information may remain in Teamcrest while it is needed to provide the service, maintain records, address security issues, or meet applicable obligations. Removing an item from view may not immediately remove recovery copies or records retained for those purposes. Contact Eric to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information; organization-managed records may also require your administrator’s involvement.
Privacy questions
Contact Eric with a privacy question or request. Include enough detail to identify the relevant account or organization, but do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
