Store and share documents with your team.
File Storage (under Team tools) is your organization's shared document space — handbooks, certifications, training materials, safety documents.
Drag and drop files onto the page, or click to select them. Keep an eye on the per-file size limit shown in the uploader.
Files are stored per organization — every workspace has its own storage. Use clear file names; the list is searchable.
Documents you've already uploaded to File Storage can be added to the AI Knowledge Base with Add from Storage — so the team chatbot can answer questions from them without re-uploading.
