Teamcrest includes a dedicated communications composer for managers: choose who should hear an update—everyone on an account, specific roles (positions), or a site / location—then deliver it across in-app notifications, email, and SMS (where your integrations and each employee's consent allow). It's broadcast-style messaging for operational updates—not a replacement for Slack-style team chat.
